As a Facebook fan myself, I was excited to learn about Facebook Chat Bots when I found them. Many friends had asked me what they could expect, so I thought I'd give it a go to see what I could learn. So which of these two Chat Bots is better? Honestly, both of them are great. Chatfuel is more casual and fun, while Phpbay is more business-like and focuses more on the technical and functionalities of their service. That being said, Chatfuel tends to give you more options and choices for customizing your profile page, whereas, Phpbay tends to focus more on their in-house social media marketing tools, including their welcome message and integration with social bookmarking services.

Both of these chat Bots are still in beta and should be considered experimental. Facebook also recently acquired two other bot businesses, SocialMarker and Brandee, in an attempt to compete with their own product, SocialDeck. At the time of this writing, SocialDeck is the only chatbot product that has an official name. As of this writing, neither Facebook nor Phpbay has released any pricing or technical details for their competing products. However, we do know that both of these companies will provide a free initial offering to their users.
